VienStudio · Blokki Pop

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026 · Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains how VienStudio handles information in Blokki Pop and when you use this support website or contact us.

1. Information in the game

The current version of Blokki Pop does not require an account. VienStudio does not operate a gameplay server that receives your scores, and the game does not send gameplay analytics or advertising data to VienStudio.

The game stores your high score and selected preferences, such as vibration settings, locally on your device so they can be used when you return. This information is not uploaded to a VienStudio cloud-sync service.

The current game does not include advertising or in-app purchases. Its Unity advertising, analytics, and cloud crash-reporting services are disabled. The game does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone.

Your operating system, app store, or device backup service may independently process information or back up local app data under its own settings and privacy policy.

2. Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if included by your email service, the message, and any attachments you choose to send. A report may include your app version, device model, operating-system version, and a description or screenshot of an issue.

We use this information to respond to you, investigate problems, and improve the game. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell your personal information. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Service providers and this website

Our support mailbox uses Gmail. Email services process and store messages to deliver them and help us respond. See Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google's services.

This website does not add analytics trackers, advertising scripts, contact-form databases, or its own cookies. Its hosting and network providers may process technical information, such as an IP address and request logs, to deliver the pages and maintain security. Such infrastructure processing is separate from the game's locally stored scores.

We may share information with providers only as needed to operate support, or disclose it where required by law. Links to app stores and other external services are subject to those services' privacy policies.

4. Retention, deletion, and your choices

Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or removed by you or your operating system. On Android, use the app's Clear storage or Clear data option. On iOS, delete the app rather than offloading it. These actions can remove saved scores and preferences. Backups may retain separate copies; manage them through your device or backup provider.

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request, follow up on the issue, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you sent by emailing nguyenbavien05@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the sender before responding.

There is no VienStudio game account to delete and no server-side gameplay profile for us to erase. Your rights over support correspondence may vary depending on the law that applies to you.

5. Security

We limit access to support information to what is needed to handle requests. This website uses HTTPS when hosted, and support messages are handled through our email provider. Local scores and preferences are ordinary app data, not an encrypted vault. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the game. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support mailbox, contact us so we can investigate and delete that information where appropriate.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our data practices change, including if a future version adds advertising, analytics, accounts, or online features. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before new processing begins.
